I Rarely comment but is a BIG Fan of your CP Cheat site! In My opinion.. I Would choose the FIRST Banner! Yes.. I Think it is creatively decorated with my favourite color, Blue.. And it has sweet round, shiny circles to make it look soft and it has your penguin on it! Your penguin on the banner makes people more welcome and has a sense that when they see you in Club Penguin They will know it is you and that people will know that you are the owner of this website...
Anyway that is in my opinion.. =D
